The following is a snippet from the release notes describing new support, enhanced support and bug fixes present in this release.
- worked around problem with image writes on certain Colorgraphic Xentera GT4 cards that could cause soft locks.
- corrected a generic problem where the cursor might not be updated properly when running with Overlays, and using TrueColor as the default visual.
- added capability to redefine min/max X/Y coordinates of the Synaptics Touchpads by editing the DCF file.
- correct a microsoft intellimouse bug that could cause scrolling problems with newer devices.
- corrected a problem with touchscreens used in a dualview configuration.
- correct a problem with certain keyboards (German, French) under Solaris 10.
- Linux packages provide an XInstall script to assist those who are using non-rpm systems.
