| The Panasonic laptops listed below have integrated touchscreen controllers which are supported in the Custom/OEM Series. The support is basically the same as LX Platinum Edition (includes hardware-accelerated OpenGL support with the internal touchscreen/touchpad supported added). Some units can be supported with the optional hardware-accelerated Rotate feature.
These ToughBooks can be used in FBCB2 & Blue Force Tracking applications with the Solaris Summit CX driver. Xi Graphics first supplied Solaris graphics drivers to the FBCB2 program for use with the first phase of the program - when the boxes were mounted on ground vehicles. So our experience goes back a few years with the Program.
Newer Toughbooks have newer Intel graphics chips which are supported in Summit. The touchscreen/touchpad support comes with Xi Graphics' comprehensive touchscreen calibration utility.
